I took a walk through Joann's and found this absolutely matching flower to go with my t shirt.
I just pinned and sewed it on.
It really churched it up, as they say. I'm sure I could make one of these myself, but I just haven't put the time in. Clean the bathroom?...or Change her diaper...oh! or I could make this awesome bow. In my case, I did the first two...
Hope everyone has had a good week thus far. I've been keeping myself busy, and haven't gotten to the computer much. Also, blogger lost some of my saved posts and you may have had an error this last weekend if you tried to get to a blogger page. Their whole site was down.

My Baby Girl's New Tank from mine
My little girl is 9 month's old now. I had this tank that used to fit (who knows how??). It was an XXS.
You can check out more ideas at my blog here
My sister had given my girl this tank, so I used this as my inspiration.
I sewed in the sides, shorted the bottom and cut the top straps and shortened them. I was going to sew some cute buttons over top the straps, but I haven't gotten to it.
I grabbed a scrap from my husband's cut up t-shirt. Ran a baste stitch and then gathered it. I then rolled it around into a flower and stitched it on.
Viola!

Eggs in a basket
Eggs in a basket is fun to make, and a change from the same 'ole thing.
I will be giving away one of my flower pins to a lucky commenter, on one of my upcoming blogs. Keep an eye out!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 large eggs
- Adobe seasoning to taste (or salt and pepper)
Preparation:
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.Place 1 teaspoon of butter on the griddle.Use a cookie cutter to cut out your favorite shape in the center of each piece of bread.
- Butter one side of each piece of bread, including the cutout pieces, with the remaining butter.Place the bread, butter side down on the griddle.
- Break one egg into a small dish. Gently slide it into the hole of one of the bread slices.Dash some Adobe Seasoning or salt and pepper. Cook until the egg is golden on the bottom, a minute or two. Flip and cook the other side, about 1 minute.
- Flip the cutout pieces of toast to cook on the other side until toasted, another minute or so.
- Serve immediately.
