I needed a quick lunch with some substance, so I made this. Would be great for a brunch as well.
Ingredients:
3 Corn Tortillas -Cut into strips
1 green onion, sliced thin
1 Jalapenos diced
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 Tbsp. Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Salsa
Sour Cream
Directions:
Fry the torillas in oil until they are golden but still soft.
Add onion and jalapenos and saute for two minutes.
Add the beaten eggs and cook until they are almost set, stirring occasionally.
Spread cheese on top of eggs and cover the pan.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Happy Cow Pillow

Then grabbed some felt and made a C for my baby and tossed on a strong button. I then sewed my two pieces together and stuffed in some poly-fil.
I put a ribbon in between the seam, and sewed some lines to close it all up.
It is my girl's favorite pillow, and she's learning about animals, letters, and the feel of different textures.
Christmas is coming soon; I hope everyone is doing well and fitting in all the fun!

My Baby Girl's Christmas Dress
Sewright
Blog by Ruth Yoder I found the pattern here:
http://www.made-by-rae.com/2008/04/free-itty-bitty-baby-dress-pattern.html
Thanks Rae!
I still had to make the pattern bigger, but it worked out.
I didn't have any bias tap, so I put in a ribbon. I then topped it off with one of the flower pins that I made.
On the side, which you can almost see in the picture, I put a Pink Button. So cute!
I did this on Sunday, seeing as there was a blizzard here in the Midwest. I hope everyone was safe!
