Biscuits and Gravy

Not bad for feeding my little one apples at the same time.
FAMILY-SIZE RECIPE:
(Makes 9 biscuits)
2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir ingredients together until soft dough forms. Place on surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick mix.

Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. I used a heart shaped one...ok I just got it, but isn't it cute?

Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

TO BAKE:
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Is it time for breakfast yet?

So Good Blueberry Bisquick Muffins

I came across this recipe on allrecipes.com, but I scaled it down for just 6 muffins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place paper baking cup in each of 6 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
  2. Stir all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.
  3. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
