So in my search for a new something to bake, I landed on these. Blueberry Cheese Rolls. YUM! You can find the recipe here.
I think next I'll add apple and raisins, instead of blueberries to change it up. Maybe some cinnamon? I think I'll making these quite a lot.
I got to go the zoo recently with my family. What a fantastic time! And yes, that is a bird on my Girl's head.
They were flying everywhere!
I was also featured over at House of Hepworths! Thanks Allison! You can check out the post here.

So Good Blueberry Bisquick Muffins
I came across this recipe on allrecipes.com, but I scaled it down for just 6 muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place paper baking cup in each of 6 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
- Stir all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.
- Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
