How to Boil an Egg
All these years, I've boiled eggs the same way. But, I've just learned a money saving way to get the same results. Cover eggs with an inch of water. Toss in some salt, and get to a boil. Once the water is boiling, cover, and shut the stove off. Set the timer for 10 minutes. Run eggs under cold water to cool.

Philly Pizza Frittata
Ingredients:
6oz.(3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.)PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
6 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp.each driedbasil and oregano
2 Tbsp.butter
1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
24 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, eggs, salt and seasonings until well blended.
Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in pepperoni and cream cheese mixture. Cover; cook 5 min. or until center is almost set.
Heat broiler. Uncover frittata. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown.
Or, if you don't have an oven proof pan, like me, you can stir together all the ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 25- 30 minutes. I also ate mine with salsa. Very good.
