Just had to do it...

I just love making pillow covers these days. After making the flowered ones, I just couldn't resist making some for myself.

I whipped these up, and I'm soo happy with them.
They are again the envelope style. I feel like the pillows are so cozy now!
I put on the wooden leaf buttons to embellish them.

What do you think?

I think I'll end up sewing up a new cover every couple of months, just for a change of scene.

The covers will soon be on my etsy shop, so watch out!

This Week's Treasures ..Giveaway Week

I had the joy of making pillow-covers for my best friend.  I just adored how they turned out. She picked this fantastic material. Floral and soft!
Accented by this cute button, these are my favorite style.  The pillow is tucked inside this cute envelope.  I need some now!
I also had some time to frequent the Salvation Army.  I found this Target Dwell Studio Baby Crib Blanket. I love it!! I only paid $4.50 and it's brand new.
I'm  not pregnant or anything, but I'm saving this for the day I have my baby boy.
It's the perfect design...and I love giraffes!!  Now I have a starting point for decorating his room.  I'm sure I could swing this for a girl too!
